Is there financial help for plastic surgery after weighloss?

I had my appointment with the plastic surgeon and i have medicare and medicaid and the surgeon wants me to pay for the surgery upfront incase medicare will not pay. If i had the money for the surgery i would not have medicare and medicaid. my surgeon suggested checking on this web site.
