Question:
Just wondering if I'm eating to much for 3 months out

Hi, I was just wondering if I could get some input on what you all think. I want to know if you think I'm eating to much for 3 months out. Today I started out with 8oz carb soultions, went and worked out for an hour and a half, came home and had 8oz of O.J. with 3 Tbs amino fuel added, for lunch had a lean cuisine meatloaf, and could eat it all. I work nights, so I took 1oz cheese and 4 wheat crackers for my break, and for lunch I took 1cup lettuce with 1oz shredded cheese and 2oz. grilled chicked with nofat ranch dressing. When I get home I will have another 8oz carb solutions drink. I am 3months out and have lost 70lbs so far. Just afraid I will overeat. Maybe just nervous, want this to work. Congrats!!!!!! you are doing great. just watch the OJ. It is full of sugar. Some surgeons recommend using four ounces juice and four ounces water to cut down on your sugar intake from the oj.

That does not sound like a large volume of food to me. However, are you getting enough protein? I don't know how much is in each Carb Solutions drink; your food intake is only about 45 to 50 grams of protein. Also, the OJ has quite a bit of sugar in it; I'm surprised you don't dump. You might want to consider swapping that snack for something lower in sugar and higher in protein (1/2 c yogurt or cottage cheese, a few slices of good deli meat rolled up, a 1/4 cup of almonds, etc.). You seem to be doing great, and have lost quite a bit. Congratulations!
