Just wondering if I'm eating to much for 3 months out
Hi, I was just wondering if I could get some input on what you all think. I want to know if you think I'm eating to much for 3 months out. Today I started out with 8oz carb soultions, went and worked out for an hour and a half, came home and had 8oz of O.J. with 3 Tbs amino fuel added, for lunch had a lean cuisine meatloaf, and could eat it all. I work nights, so I took 1oz cheese and 4 wheat crackers for my break, and for lunch I took 1cup lettuce with 1oz shredded cheese and 2oz. grilled chicked with nofat ranch dressing. When I get home I will have another 8oz carb solutions drink. I am 3months out and have lost 70lbs so far. Just afraid I will overeat. Maybe just nervous, want this to work. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
