Question:
diarrea for 4 days, 4 mos. post op, on fllagyl...

I am having a very difficult time, my back aches, and I am having terrible diahrrea. Dr. put me on Fllagyl, but it doesn't appear to be subsiding. Does acidophilous or bifidophilous work with this situation? Anyone have any sugestions? Is it possible to have your pills come out whole in your loose BM? Lisa ----- the best advice i can give you is tell your doctor that the meds aren't working and maybe he can give you something else. Otherwise, the best thing i have taken for diarhea is called lomatil! They are very tiny white pills ---- and only one is amazing. Keep in mind, i haven't had the surgery yet (sept 5th--yeah!)---- but ask your doctor if they are safe to prescribe for you ---- and good luck!
