diarrea for 4 days, 4 mos. post op, on fllagyl...

I am having a very difficult time, my back aches, and I am having terrible diahrrea. Dr. put me on Fllagyl, but it doesn't appear to be subsiding. Does acidophilous or bifidophilous work with this situation? Anyone have any sugestions? Is it possible to have your pills come out whole in your loose BM? I am not sure that is what I saw but it sure looked like it!
