Question:
how to get back on track with the eating ?
I have gain also and i am trying to get back on track how can i do this i excesice with zumba and walking but that dont help i dont feel ful protien shake hold me for maybe 2 hrs that it where before it held longer help — jal28kal (posted on March 19, 2011)

Drink Drink Drink. I find that increasing my water/crystal light intake, I
eat less. The more active I am helps too. My morning routine starts at the
gym. Pack light snacks loaded with protein. One thing that keeps me from
snacking is to brush my teeth after I eat anything... I don't like to eat
after brushing, so works for me..

My dietican says to have dense protein. Plus I try to have 80 oz of water,
vitamin water zero or crystal light/snapple.
