Re the bread. You will probably have better luck if you toast it. Regular
bread tends to ball up in a sticky wad and gets stuck. Toast might be the
answer. good luck.

I think @ our rate of eating we should'nt really be counting the calorie
content..I am 16 mos post-op and was told by my Dr. that we can consume
without any harm up to 1,00 to1,500 calories per day. I don't think i go
over that. I eat about the same amount as you do /so maybe we are both
eating not enough or we are eating normal ; ) LOL...I don't think it would
be wise to try to stuff more food in the pouch if it just won't go. You
really want to make sure your protein intake is @ 60 gr a day, so if you
are concerned about that..you can try to add a shake or try breaking a
protein bar into 3 pieces and eat between meals as a snack this will give
you a little extra protein into your diet. keep up your water intake and
vits and best of luck 2 you

Do you feel okay? As long as your bloodwork is okay and you don't feel
weak or nauseous, you must be eating enough. I wasn't eating enough in the
beginning and was very very sick. Now, I eat about the same amount as you
for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, I have almost a whole Lean Cuisine
or Weight Watchers frozen entree.

check with your doctor and be sure you are getting your RDA of protein,
calcium, etc. Use a chewable multivitamin. If you are meeting your
recommended vits and mins, and losing weight, then you are probably doing
well. I have trouble gettin in the 80 grams of protein I am supposed to
have - good luck to you!
