This problem is definitely irritated by obesity. Good news is, once you
lose weight, it clears up SIGNIFICANTLY. Once I had lost about 60% of my
excess weight, this problem had disappeared entirely.

It does get better after weight loss. For now you can use corn starch and
it works great, with no oder. Good luck.

I think you're talking about the same thing I have. I am not post-op
though. I have had these "cysts" for over ten years. They are
filled with blood and a little bit of puss. My doctor said it is a form of
acne, it's called folliculitis. he gave me some liquid antibiotic to use on
them but I can't reach them to put it on there so I don't know if it works
or not. He said they will go away after surgery because once I lose some
weight there will be more air down their and it won't be moist all the time
from sweat. Sometimes mine get so big that it's hard to wear panties. Good
Luck!

Funny, I was just wondering this same thing the other day. I've had this
problem my whole life. For some reason I was thinking it would go away
after I have surgery, but then I remembered I had it even when I weighed
145 in high school. So, I don't know what will happen with me. I guess it
is different for everyone. Good luck to you. I hope it clears up for you
because I know how uncomfortable it can be.

Yes!!!! I felt sooo embarassed, i actually had to call my grandmother to
see what it was. Apparently the first place I lost weight was right in
that inner thigh area. I tried diaper rash cream and that didn't work and
powder made it drier and start to peal. The day before ysterday I put some
hydrocortizone cream on it and it's cleared up!
