DOES ANYONE HAVE INFO ON HEAT RASH BETWEEN THIGHS, AFTER SURGERY?

I HAVE TERRIBLE HEAT RASH(ACNE, CYSTS(SOMETIMES))BETWEEN MY THIGHS SINCE I WAS A YOUNG CHILD. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS? AND IS IT BETTER AFTER SURGERY? I HAVE ALWAYS ASSUMED THAT THIS WAS CAUSED FROM FRICTION, I EVEN HAVE DARKENING OF THE SKIN BETWEEN MY THIGHS, SOMEONE PLEASE E-MAIL ME.
