Question:
Help !I am starving

I was to get a fill(LAPBAND) end of Jan.I did not because I was in the hopital having my gallbladder taking out and had complications.I was in the hospital for a week.I am to eat to heal.I am starving and have little restriction.Please read my post Sandy Hanson on this web site.I am to go on vacation to Vegas this month 11-18.I will gain if I dont get this under control.It is not head hunger.I mean I am so hungry.Does anyone know what to do.I cant get a fill until Feb 26.I tried really hard today ,but still grazed.I feel like a failure,but I am hungry,to the point I give in.I know this is a tool.    — Sandy Hanson (posted on January 31, 2008)

Hi Sandy - Have you tried discussing this issue with your nutritionist? When I had the hungries I was told to eat more protein this will curb your hunger and also help in healing your surgery. Just weigh and measure your food. I still use the "tool" of weight watchers" I'm a little over a year out. Best of luck Niecie
