Help !I am starving

I was to get a fill(LAPBAND) end of Jan.I did not because I was in the hopital having my gallbladder taking out and had complications.I was in the hospital for a week.I am to eat to heal.I am starving and have little restriction.Please read my post Sandy Hanson on this web site.I am to go on vacation to Vegas this month 11-18.I will gain if I dont get this under control.It is not head hunger.I mean I am so hungry.Does anyone know what to do.I cant get a fill until Feb 26.I tried really hard today ,but still grazed.I feel like a failure,but I am hungry,to the point I give in.I know this is a tool.
