firstly you need to stop drinking long before and soon after eating your
meals. Secondly, take your time and eat. Masticate your food well so that
your stoma, feels a little food interpreted to be alot(with saliva)and
feels food passing for a long time by eating slowly. Also eat the right
foods. Nothing is wrong, you need to do the right stuff, maybe you need
some more protien intake as well. Have a fill also

All the suggestions in the other post are ok. It sounds like more protein
should be added to the diet. Some easy exercise would also be appropriate
to introduce at this point. Nothing strenuous just light exercise; a walk
at a normal pace for a certain distance daily will be a good start.

Greetings Nicole: (1) Tell us more about what you mean about "doing
everything right." You do not provide detailed information which
would be helpful to anyone to assist you in your weight-loss journey.
Nicole, we all change in 16 areas of our lives following our surgeries, so
what precisely are you doing to be doing everything right? What precisely
is everything?(2) I must comment on a concern you have that is listed at
your OH site whereby you are unhappy about not dumping. In fact, one of
the significant reasons listed at your profile page is the fact you had the
revision because you figured dumping would be an excellent way to lose
weight, especially since you almost gained back everything from the first
surgery. Nicole, dumping is not a good thing: it is not a good thing at
all and very, very, very, very harmful to your long-term health and
vitality. (3) The surgery any one of us has is nothing more than a tool,
IT IS NOT THE ONE SINGULAR THING WHICH WILL MAGICALLY ALLOW YOU TO EAT WHAT
YOU WANT, DUMP IT ALL OR PURGE IN ANY WAY, AND REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT. Your
support group, your doctor, your nutritionist, your personal trainer, the
OH site, and dialog with folks at the OH site -- we are all here to help
you. Please do refigure what you are doing and please stop looking to
dumping as the way to have good health. Nicole, let us hear more from you.
Let us all have a good 2009 with many blessings. Christine Gibson, MS,
MA, OH Coach, Weight Loss Surgery Support Group Leader
