Revision Lap-band to RNY - Very Slow weight loss

Has anyone had a revision and experienced slow weight loss? I'll be 5 months post op and have only lost 38 pounds. I only lost 2 pounds last month an so far 0 pounds this month. Doing everything right, went to doctor he said everything looks fine, nutritionist is happy with my food diary. Just want to hear from those who have the same experience.
