Question:
Has any one tried a chi machine?
Has any one used a chi machine to exercise with? I just got mine in the mail today. It cost $270.00. I tried my friends and liked it! It is the lazy mans exercise machine. Well I am a lazy women! You lay on the floor and put your ankles in this machine that moves back and forth, you do this for 15 min. Its suppose to be an aroebic exercise. If you want to read about them go to allaboutchimachines.com. Ok has anyone had any experience with this machine? I also go to curves 5 days a week. See ya all lighter! Cyndi — CYNDI B. First off, I have to admit that I know nothing about chi machines,
specifically. But, I am always wary of a machine that "does the work
for you". In exercise, to get any aerobic or strengthening or toning
benefit, you have to do the work. Otherwise, it's not exercise.

My mom has one of these, and I think that they are a good tool as far as
the relaxation benefits and overall healthy feeling. I still would
excercise though. Just use the Chi for mental health and an added bonus
for your physical health. Just my opinion. We all have to find out what
works for us.
