Has any one tried a chi machine?

Has any one used a chi machine to exercise with? I just got mine in the mail today. It cost $270.00. I tried my friends and liked it! It is the lazy mans exercise machine. Well I am a lazy women! You lay on the floor and put your ankles in this machine that moves back and forth, you do this for 15 min. Its suppose to be an aroebic exercise.
