Question:
Any one hired Lindstrom to fight apeal

I have aetna ppo which required a 6 mth supervised diet, I dont have! this is the first I have been to any DR> in many many years! My weight loss surgeons office just sent in my paper work. I did do a 5 year diet plan for them! Has any one hired Walter Lindstrom to help fight their apeal when they were denied because of not having a supervised diet? I did not hired Walter, but my suggestion to you is to do the diet for 6 months. I feel that we all owe an attempt to our insurance companies- in other words, they have the right to ask for it. Besides, working on an appeal would take almost that long anyway!! Good luck!
