Any one hired Lindstrom to fight apeal

I have aetna ppo which required a 6 mth supervised diet, I dont have! this is the first I have been to any DR> in many many years! My weight loss surgeons office just sent in my paper work. I did do a 5 year diet plan for them! Has any one hired Walter Lindstrom to help fight their apeal when they were denied because of not having a supervised diet? What was the results, how long did it take! THANKS
