Question:
Can you give me names of surgeons who take payments?

Misty, when I read the Michelle Boarsten book, Weight Loss Surgery, I remembered her giving a list of surgeons who give a discount for cash payments. I got the book at Barnes & Noble. These surgeons might be a good place to start. HTH
