Can you give me names of surgeons who take payments?

PLEASE PLEASE help me I dont have insurance and can not get any.... Can someont tell me if there is a Dr. out there that takes payments... Or if there is any other information that would help me I would thank u so much... I live in Tx but will go anywhere....
