I am in the same boat. I had RNY in Dec 2008 - now 14 months out. From
the end of Nov to the end of Jan I only lost 1/2 lb. I too increased water
and exercise - with no luck.... Then I started journaling my calorie
intake - guess what I was not eat enough and no where near the amount of
protein required for each day... So I am back to measuring my food,
writing it down and getting the right amount of protein. As of today I
have lost 2.5 lb since Feb 1st. This is a life long juggling act and we
have to stay at the top of the game. Good luck and keep up the good
work...

I had gastric bypass January 8, 2009. I went from 286 down to 165. I am
stuck here. I can't lose any more no matter what I do. I think maybe this
is where my weight loss ends? I am happy with what I have accomplished,
but would like to lose another 20-30 lbs. I went from a size 26 down to a
10, and would love to get smaller.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I had my surgery in Jan 09 and I've
only lost 70 pounds. Keep at it, you'll lose it.
