Question:
has anyone's hair grown back longer on one side than the other?

I lost most of my hair on the right side of my head. (crown to temple)In that area the hair is not growing very fast. My hair was very long now i have cut it short, but i have to get the left side cut often. Hi Jennifer- My answer is kind of dumb but I noticed that no one else has responded yet :o) My grandmother used to tell us not to wear hats, scarves, etc too often or it would make hair stop growing. She also told us not to sleep in the same position every night or it would have the same affect in the spot we were sleeping in. I don't know if any of this helps you, because she also told me to sleep with a bra on or my boobs would lose their shape, LOL. Good luck, hope you get a scientific answer soon :o) Mea
