I had a similar situation after surgery when beginning to eat again. I used
suppositories and increased my fibre intake with fibre 1 or benefibre. Have
to drink more that way though. Daily BM may not be the norm for you now. If
you are taking enemas all of the time though I would consult my physician
as there might be a blockage or twist that is causing this. Hope you find
this helpful, good luck to you. Regards

I had constipation ssues prior to surgery and they only worsened after. My
surgeon suggested Milk of Mag every other day. Worked like a charm.

you can take milk of magnesium . and use a suppository or a fleet enema to
help release with out pain.
But you need to add more vegetable, fiber. Broccoli beans is great source
of protein and fiber. and drink water.

There is a powder magnesium suppliment called, "Calm" that you
mix in your water. It is all natural and seems to be VERY effective! I hope
your body adjusts very soon! Hugs n Skinny Thoughts!
