Question:
Insurance in Virginia

I have anthem BCBC healthkeepers and so does my husband at our places of employment. Both do not cover any diet surgery nor do they offer a rider policy. We both have extreme BMI's and we wanted to know are there any insurance in the State of Virginia that covers the surgery or anything online that is available. Yes some insurance companies in Va do pay, I live in Va and I have Anthem bc/bs PPO and it covers the surgery I think it depends on if the company purchases the rider. I'm on my husbands insurance, I have the same insurance at the company that I work for but they no longer cover the surgury.
