Insurance in Virginia

I have anthem BCBC healthkeepers and so does my husband at our places of employment. Both do not cover any diet surgery nor do they offer a rider policy. We both have extreme BMI's and we wanted to know are there any insurance in the State of Virginia that covers the surgery or anything online that is available. Thanks to anyone who responds.
