I wish I could help you. I had my RNY 4 1/2 years ago. So much has
changed since then from what I read on this website. I didn't have as
much guidance as the people who are having surgery now. I could pretty
much eat anything except milk and ice cream at 18 months out. (Still can't
eat those). I also stablized my weight. Lost all of it and put on 10
pounds. Apparently these 10 pounds are going to be my new best friend
because they have been here for the past 3 years. I am sure you look great
so don't beat yourself up. You will have good days and bad days. Some
days I feel like I can eat everything in sight and other days I can hardly
eat anything. Such a mystery!

OK, I checked out your web page and you failed here to mention you are now
pregnet. Your first attention now is your child, then after you have the
child you can get back to the program. You are going to put on some
weight, but following the delivery get focused on what you need to eat to
keep that great looking body that you posted on the web. Just look at the
difference in you face from start until now? You are a different person.
You got a new challenge to deal with now, then we can give you food advice.

I think the safest thing for both you and your baby would be to contact
your nutritionist who could help you figure this out.

Hey Girl! Congrats on your pregnancy! I would try to put healthy foods
in. I am certain at 18months you can nourish yourself and a child. If you
concentrate on making healthy choices, you can work on weight loss more
after your little one is here. I am not on here too much, but I am on
myspace! I will check out your profile and send you the info.
GOOD LUCK!
