Question:
Help with Insurance
I'm 23 years old from South Carolina. I have no health insurance and I was wondering which insurance might be the best to get a policy with. My job offers BCBS, but my boss informed me that they no longer cover the surgery. I have struggled with weight for as long as I can remember and I really do not want to go to Mexico to have this done. I've heard that Medicaid will pay all but $250.00 for it from a nurse in a nearby county. I could really use some advice on this. Looking forward to your comments/suggestions! Hi, You would have to check with the Medicaid office in your area. But here
in Florida, mine was completly covered. The only thing that was not was a
nutritionist. You need to check out if your work ins. covers ANY weightloss
surg. Good luck to you!

I would diff check on the medicaid even if you have to pay the $250.Also
maybe you can purchase a BCBS policy on your own that does cover it.I have
it through the schools i work with but there are diff policies.Best wishes
to you. Also you can check in on your rehabilitation center and see what
they can help you with.I have a friend that they completely covered
everything for her..Good luck from N.C.
