It sounds like a bad dumping episode...but I'm not a doc and can't tell
based on the little info in your very short question...so wait til the doc
calls and if he doesn't soon and it doesn't get better...Go to a hospital
with a bariatric unit...(best to be safe than sorry)
I've had late dumping (after eating 20 min to even an hour or two) and it
is a radiating pain that doubles me over and I lay on the floor for an hour
or two til it goes away. (usually ends up as gas after an hour and once it
gets out...relief!)...I usually have to go to sleep as it makes me severely
tired...and then it's gone...It happens when I am not watching what I ate
or it has too much sugar or carbs or even fat in it!(usually happens if I
eat out and I don't know what is actually in the food) I tend to get this
when I over eat a hearty meal..I hope it's nothing but a lesson to not eat
whatever you did! I also got this similar pain when a tomatoe or red pepper
skin covered over my stoma and I was in severe pain and dry heaves for
HOURS! I couldn't eat or drink anything...Hours later I took a sip of water
and threw up the little piece of red skin and it was over! I couldn't
believe that little piece of skin from a salad I ate early that day must
have covered over my stoma like saran wrap and just would not let anything
in or out...I was sore for days after that...You just never know what it
could cause pain...after a severe dumping espisode you don;t want to ever
do it again on purpose...and when food gets stuck like that skin...It is a
wake up call just how much you need to chew your food...I just hope yours
is something minor as I described! Good luck!

Its gas, it feels alot more painful than gas but thats what it is, use a
stool softener. it will help and eat more high fiber foods.

If it's pain, you should definitely see your doctor. Pain means their is a
problem otherwise you wouldn't have pain, so don't ignore it. I had
something similar. I wasn't able to eat or drink. I was nauseated and
throwing up. I was diagnosed with IBS with constipation and not diarrhea.
I wasn't having regular bowel movements. I had an endoscopy done to check
for strictures as well as to verify I didn't have ulcers causing the
problem. I did have inflammation of the stomach but no bacteria, so I was
told it was just taking longer for me to heal. After I got medicine for the
IBS, I still have pain but not in the same exact way. I'm scheduled to go
in to check my gallbladder. I'm 4 mos out. I hope you can be diagnosed
quickly.
