Has anyone had pain

Has anyone had pain from the bottom of your breast to your belly button? it is a constant pain and hurts real bad I am waiting for the doc to call, if not I am ready to go to er that is how bad it hurts I am 5 months out. Please any help will do Thanks Heidi
