Question:
Does the 5 day pouch test work on someone who is 6 years post op?

I am 6 yrs post op. I have gained back about 35 pounds and am considering the 5 day pouch test. I have read about the pouch test. But, no one has mentioned how far post op they are. Does this work the same for someone who is 6 mos or 6 years post op?    — adaco (posted on September 7, 2009)

I did it earlier this summer and it seemed to have shrunk my tummy/appetite. I am 4 years post-op. I did the 5 D.P.T. to help drop 10lbs that snuck on. Good luck.
