sounds like dumping. You most likely ate something that would disagree with
you. It should pass. If not go to the ER.

Just wondering...have you been getting in all your protein/water &
vitamins daily? When have you last had your labs checked? I would suggest
you go with your gut & if you feel something is wrong--call your doc
again & go see him. If your surgeon doesn't have any appts soon--maybe
your primary doc can see you & at least draw labs...best of luck to you
& I hope you begin to feel better!

Diane

Brandi,
Your nurse is probably right on target. Dehydration symptoms are just what
you described. Dizziness, weakness, nausea. It can be very serious, Really
push fluids. we all should get in 64 oz. a day. Try to get in 80-100 oz.
for the next couple of days. If you aren't feeling much better go in to
your Dr. Sometimes the dehydration is past taking liquids by mouth and you
need some IV fluids. Lana

is there a bug going around your area? Not everything is surgery
related..just a thought. I was sick about a month ago with a stomach bug
that went thru my family. Good luck to you and contact your doc's office.

I agree, dehydration is probably the answer. Every time I fail to get in
enough fluids, that is exactly how I wind up feeling. Amazing how much
difference having more water can make now.
