home from work...dry heaving, light headed, weakness, no energy.....what's wrong?

i'm weak and unable to perform my normal daily functions. i feel nauseated and unable to eat. everyone says i look pale and have dark circles under my eyes. my surgery was on 2/19/09. what could be wrong?
