Question:
Which diet to get on to lose weight that I have regained?
I have regained weight since my surgery 5 years ago. I would have to do the 5 day pouch test alot of times to lose the weight that I have gained. I do not know if I should go to Weight Watchers or what kind of diet to get on. I have got to get the weight back off. Please help with advise! I request this to be anonymous. I found a 2 step systems that works well, it was safe, fast and effective,
couldn't believe how good it worked. there was no harsh dieting, or
exercising. oh yes, and it was all natural, I must say it didn't taste bad
either.

You need to talk to your surgeon and your dietitian. Try keeping a food,
exercise, and emotions journal for a week or two and take that along. Be
very honest and record EVERYTHING accurately.
If you are not in a support group, find one and begin attending as soon as
possible. Regular attendance is important. You can get ideas, answers,
and encouragement from the leader and fellow WLS patients.
Diets only mess with your metabolism. You had the WLS to improve your
health and loose weight. You knew going into the surgery that it would
require a change in habits that would last a life time. There is no magic,
one time, easy fix to life's challenges. Just look back on everything you
have accomplished, and have faith in yourself to get back on track and
continue to enjoy the life of improved health you have worked so hard to
have. God Bless.
