Get with your dietician immediately and stay away from those foods, I know
it is hard but it sounds like your pouch has stretched back out and you now
have to control what you eat not your body. You have not come this far and
went through all this to be obese again, don't look to food find other
things to make you feel better. You can do this!!!

Spend the money and the time to go on a liquid protein diet and do it today
and stay on it as long as you can. You will get in your protein, boost
your weight loss and regain your drive. Do it

Wow 12 lbs made a difference of 2 sizes??? Just think back on when you had
lots and lots to lose. 12 lbs. will be a piece of cake. Go back to
basics. My surgeon told me that rarely the pouch stretches, it is normally
that we start eating sugars, carbs and go back to old habits, or stop
exercising as much. Start journalizing your food .... keep your calories
below 100. Good luck!

I don't know how much you lost originally, but they say a weight gain of
10% of what you lost is normal. You definitely are not a failure, and I
doubt that everyone gasps when looking at you. Now is probably a good time
to go to see your surgeon and NUT and possibly a therapist to help with
your feelings of failure. If this just happened in the last 3-4 months,
you need to figure out what is going on. Good luck and remember that you
are not a failure.
