3 years post op weight gain

i am overwhelmed by my weight gain. i went from 168lbs. to 180lbs withen the last 3-4 months. i went from a perfect size 10 to a whooping size 14!!!!can also eat a full meal with no more full feelings i fill like such a failure. everyone that sees me gasp looking at me what can i do
