Mistee, I think you can get some help at this link.

Kaye Bailey does the 5-day pouch test and it helps you rediscover the tool
and get back on track. It's especially useful for those a year past. You
didn't say what type of surgery you had though. If it was not a lap band,
then it should help you, but if a lap band, you would need a refill. She
has several videos on there and there are several sites online which you
can locate with a google or yahoo search for the 5-day pouch test. Good
luck. I had my surgery July 2nd, 2008, 22+ months out and lost over
180lbs...still need the lower body lift, but still losing too.

Hi ! Thanks for asking this question, its important for people to know
that it doesn't always just fall of (the weight). What I'd like to know is
how much you are consuming. How big are your meals? do you measure them
out? are youeating just 3 a day and no sncking? These are all contributing
factors and will have a huge roll in your weight loss. Good to kow you are
getting in your protein. Many people stop trying after a while, but I am
about 14 months out from hitting goal, and still I get 60-80 grams a day.
If you'd like to do a person email contact me thru the sight or
[email protected] Congrats on the loss so far and don't give up! hugs n God
Bless, kim

I'm 13 months out, have lost right at 100 lbs, when I went for my first
check up and class i cried. some of the people had already lost like 50
lbs or more. i followed the diet and was told that my age i'm 55 has
something to do with it. also that the weight you start at. i was about
295 and now about 200. i eat fairly normally now so it has slowed, but
it's still coming off. don't give up. my dr said that adding some shakes
was just fine. try 1 or 2 a day and then a regular meal also. it just
might help. good luck keep up the good work, donna

Remember one important thing~ EVERY body is different. We all lose at
differnt rates. Some ppl can live on 3 meals a day. Others need to split
meals into minis & eat more often. For me, the key was getting enough
calories, keeping protein a priority. If you dont eat enough cals you body
goes into starvation mode and will hold onto everything you eat as fat
making weight loss slow if not impossible. Talk it over with a dietician~
maybe this is the problem??
