Question:
How long is the wait for Humber, Toronto?

I applied back in November of 2008, I had to change contact info and asked when I would hear from them, I was told Nov. 09, I am wondering if anyone knows how long after I am contacted and the next step. A little frustrated when a friend applied for U.S in April and has had surgery already. Anyone had wls in Toronto?    — freakiechick10 (posted on September 24, 2009)

I'm sorry I can't help you, but I do know that my surgeon works with a lot of Canadian patients, and does seminars in Canada, I think he has one coming up in London. You can check them out here, look under Bariatric Surgery www.HenryFordMacomb.com

I am currently in the Humber process. I waited one year and one week before I finally got my first appointment. June 23 08 I had my first appointment July 20th 2009. I do not yet have a surgery date, but I know nothing will be scheduled for me until after Feb. 19 2010.
