How long is the wait for Humber, Toronto?

I applied back in November of 2008, I had to change contact info and asked when I would hear from them, I was told Nov. 09, I am wondering if anyone knows how long after I am contacted and the next step. A little frustrated when a friend applied for U.S in April and has had surgery already. Anyone had wls in Toronto?
