Katrina,
Thank you so much for the protein shake recipes, I am 9 mos. out from lap
RNY and have lost 106 lbs, but am at a standstill now, I would greatly
appreciate any recipes you have to offer.I still can't handle meats much of
any kind, I do o.k. if it is in chili or soup or a casserole. I need to get

There is a list dedicated to protein recipes and use. However, to us, the
above recipes are weight gainers (no offense intended). All the recipes
you see on the protein list will be devoid of empty calories like milk or
real juices, but some may contain a few fruits. People are really creative
in combining 2 protein flavors (like cherry + choc) or choc + caramel s/f
syrup or cinnamon vanilla + choc, etc. Still get a sugar count of less
than 3g sugar for a 30g serving.

Katrina, I would love more recipes for protein shakes.
I've never made one but I'd like to try. Before I lost weight I used to
love banana milkshakes. Is there a recipe for banana protein shakes?
