Protein Shakes
I just wanted to share a few protein shakes recipes so that it might be easier for some of you having a hard time with protein. Snickers Bar Protein Shake 1 1/2 cups water or cold decaf coffee 1/2 cup skim milk 2 TBS cocoa powder 1 TSP sugar free caramel flavoring 1 TSP surger free butternut flavoring 2 Scoops of chocolate protein powder 4 ice cubes Chocolate Covered Cherry Shake 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup crushed ice 1 TBS sugar free cherry kool aid blend and then serve in frozen glass Cinnamon shake 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 8 oz skim milk 1/2 cup of ice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg combine in blender and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. I have more in anyone is interested.
