If the pain is so bad you cannot move you need to be seen by a doctor. Please get help.

I had the same problem not quite as bad as you but it helped when I took the pain medication but I would call the Dr like the other person recommended I assumed it was the gas they used during surgery.

I had the same thing happen. I was just standing talking to a friend and I got this sharp pain in my left lower abdomen. The pain was so severe I doubled over and I was in tears. My friend rushed me to the hospital. I woke up 3 days later in massive pain, part of my intestines ruptured. I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital. So just be careful, it could be minor or major. You know your body best, it is better to be safe than sorry.

I hope by the time you read this that you have already contacted your surgeon and have been given directions about what to do. If not, then please contact him/her right away. In addition to the pain are you running any fever? The reason I ask is because I was about the same timeframe as you when I started experiencing pain as well as fever. My surgeon instructed me to go to the ER. I did and ended up spending five more days in the hospital with a nasty post-op infection. My white cell count was through the roof and the outcome could have been really bad if I hadn't called and talked to him. Good luck and please update us when you are able.
