Question:
Any ideas on nausea when on Opti Fast?

My sugery is scheduled for Jan. 11/10 and I have been on OptiFast since Dec 21. I feel nauseous after taking it. I also lost 10 LB the first week but have lost nothing since. Any suggestions. Bonnie Bedelia    — bonnie_bedelia (posted on January 1, 2010)

Hi I am 2mos post surgery and have lost 48 lbs . I did the optifast 2 weeks prior and when I got nauseated I sipped on chicken broth which really helped me .I hope this helps and good luck.
