Any ideas on nausea when on Opti Fast?

My sugery is scheduled for Jan. 11/10 and I have been on OptiFast since Dec 21. I feel nauseous after taking it. I also lost 10 LB the first week but have lost nothing since. Any suggestions. Bonnie Bedelia
