Question:
BREAST EXERCISE.......& WILL TRICARE PAY FOR A BREAST
MY BREAST ARE THERE BUT SEEMS TO LAY FLAT NOT REALLY NO EXTRA SKIN YET BUT THEY HANG ALOT MORE I GUESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOTTEN SMALLER BUT I WAS WONDERING ARE THERE ANY EXERCISES THAT I CAN DO TO HELP MY BREAST ALSO WILL TRICARE PAY FOR A BREAST LIFT OR WILL I HAVE TO GET A REDUCTION I REALLY DO NOT WANT A REDUCTION BECAUSE THEN THERE WILL BE NOTHING LEFT THANKS FOR THE ADVICE — JENNIFER S. I have found that push ups (and i don't mean the bra though they help too)
work wonders!

Tricare will only cover this type of surgery if you are having significant
back and/or shoulder pain related to the weight of your breasts. (ie, bra
cutting into shoulders, etc) HOWEVER... if you live near a MTF or better
yet a military hospital you might be able to have a lift done there without
any problem. You would need to get a referral to see a plastic surgeon
there and they would discuss it with you further. Good luck.

alot of the military hospitals do breast implants for a small fee. walter
reed does it, but aren't doing it at the moment because of the war. it's
something to look into.
