BREAST EXERCISE.......& WILL TRICARE PAY FOR A BREAST

MY BREAST ARE THERE BUT SEEMS TO LAY FLAT NOT REALLY NO EXTRA SKIN YET BUT THEY HANG ALOT MORE I GUESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOTTEN SMALLER BUT I WAS WONDERING ARE THERE ANY EXERCISES THAT I CAN DO TO HELP MY BREAST ALSO WILL TRICARE PAY FOR A BREAST LIFT OR WILL I HAVE TO GET A REDUCTION I REALLY DO NOT WANT A REDUCTION BECAUSE THEN THERE WILL BE NOTHING LEFT THANKS FOR THE ADVICE
