Question:
What Happens Now

I have had all of my pre-op testing, even on an nutritional program after the surgery. What happens now, do the surgeon calls the insurance company and get approval or do he just see what date will be available for surgery. I called his office and asked his secretary, but they are all so busy and just keep telling me we'll let you know. Also isn't there a time limit from the testing to the actual surgery. Been there, done that. After 3 weeks of we will get back to you I attended their support group meeting and asked the doc how much longer it would be, time for me is critical. They sent my paper work in for approval within 2 days. The back office staff is really too busy:(
