Question:
Has anyone tried the robotic exercise tables for post op exercise?
I think you lie on the table and the table moves, forcing you to move with it. A lot of tanning salons have these exercise tables. I don't have any good place to walk when the weather is bad, and I was wondering if the "robotic" tables were worth a try. — Lynn T. (posted on February 8, 2001)

Another suggestion for exercising in inclement weather: Put on your
favorite CD, grab your hairbrush, stand in the mirror and pretend your a
rock star! Dance, Dance, Dance! Most CDs last about 45 minutes, so this is
a good workout. My kids think it's hilarious, too!

Beth - Thanks for your suggestion. My surgeon had already suggested mall
walking, which I would love. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and we
don't have a mall. The nearest one is 55 miles away! Allie - I will have
to try the rock star thing - LOL. My kids are older (17 & 21) but I am
sure they would find this amusing! Thanks for the suggestions.
