Has anyone tried the robotic exercise tables for post op exercise?

I think you lie on the table and the table moves, forcing you to move with it. A lot of tanning salons have these exercise tables. I don't have any good place to walk when the weather is bad, and I was wondering if the "robotic" tables were worth a try.
