Question:
Has anyone noticed their body losing weight more on one side ?
I am 3 months post op from my second surgery. The first surgery in June left me with a leak, which was fixed in August. I have lost 65 pounds, however, I have noticed that the left side of my body and face is losing weight faster than the right side. This is very noticeable in my face arms and legs. Has anyone else had this problem? If any doctor can also answer my question......is this normal? Thank you for your help Linda ([email protected]) — Linda F. (posted on November 18, 1999)

Absolutely, Linda! I've noticed that one hip is higher than the other, and
my belly definitely is larger on one side than the other. I'm sure it's a
pretty common phenomenon. Good luck with your weight loss! Jaye Carl,

I just wanted to say that I'm glad I found this question! I have a roll
(pleasant menatl image, I know) under my breasts. I have been very upset
because the roll is almost completely gone under my left breast, but it is
still very noticable under my right breast. Hopefully things will even out
with time!
