Has anyone noticed their body losing weight more on one side ?

I am 3 months post op from my second surgery. The first surgery in June left me with a leak, which was fixed in August. I have lost 65 pounds, however, I have noticed that the left side of my body and face is losing weight faster than the right side. This is very noticeable in my face arms and legs. Has anyone else had this problem? If any doctor can also answer my question......is this normal? Thank you for your help Linda ([email protected])
