I found a cook book that I was very impressed with.

The cook book is called "Forbidden foods diabetic cooking", by Maggie Powers, Joyce Hendley. It has recipes for 'real' food in it using regular ingredients and lists the nutritional information for each recipe.    — dianehanson (posted on March 10, 2003)
